05/03/2024 Product Update - Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

We have released an updated product integration for Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud for end customers.

In this new version, we have added support for customers moving to a different contract, reseller, or provider. Please contact our Cloud Sales team if you are interested in moving customers/subscriptions to Commitment Contracts.

Fixed issues

  • We have fixed an edge-case issue that prevented a customer from changing (upsizing) his Acronis subscription. Stuck change orders have been proactively corrected.

  • We fixed an issue that prevented a customer from canceling their subscription. In case you still want your subscription to be terminated where you did not succeed before, we request you to submit a new cancelation order.
