We have released an updated product integration for Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud for end customers.
In this new version, manually creating an Acronis customer tenant is no longer necessary before placing an order for a subscription. Instead, an Acronis tenant is created automatically when you purchase a new subscription.
We have added a new order parameter “Admin Email“ so you can provide your preferred admin email address for the new tenant. We have also added an option to specify a separate login name, which must be unique in the Acronis system.
An added benefit of this change is that we now support multiple Acronis subscriptions on a single customer organization account within our cloud platform, which allows you to use multiple licensing models in parallel for your customer. On the Acronis side, this will result in separate tenant accounts per subscription.
