NOTE: Putting a customer on hold will mean all the services in his account will be stopped, this includes online services as Office 365. This option can severely hinder a customer!
Do not use this option without thorough thought!
This guide will help you put a customer on hold
Go to classic panel
Go to Billing
Go to the Customer overview
Open the customer you want to put on hold
On the bottom of the page click the ‘Put On Hold’ button
Your customer is now put on hold and the services will be stopped
To resume the services of a customer that was put on hold follow step 1 to 4 again and on step 5 now click the ‘Release From Hold’ button
