What to do when you get error Unable to load when creating new Nomadesk user

Error details

When adding a Nomadesk user:


RequestError: Unable to load / status: 500
Internal Server Error: Please provide a transfercode if you wish to transfer a user


The (service) user did exists in the past in the Nomadesk platform.



  • Login Nomadesk

    • Go to Manage / Personal settings

    • Below you find the phrase: transfer your account to a different partner.

    • Click that link

    • Copy the transfer code you see appearing in the dialogue box.

  • Go back to 2tCloud

    • Repeat adding a Nomadesk user with the transfer code
