What to do when you get error Unable to load when creating new Nomadesk user
When adding a Nomadesk user:
RequestError: Unable to load / status: 500
Internal Server Error: Please provide a transfercode if you wish to transfer a user
The (service) user did exists in the past in the Nomadesk platform.
Go to Manage / Personal settings
Below you find the phrase: transfer your account to a different partner.
Click that link
Copy the transfer code you see appearing in the dialogue box.
Go back to 2tCloud
