Callflows (Aansluitingen) - Night mode (nachtstand)

The Nachtstand option can be used to create a schedule for the incoming phonecalls. This is mostly used to automatically forward calls during lunchbreaks or after work hours. Nachtstand can be used for a recurring schedule but also for exceptions

All the steps will be performed in the Nachtstand tab from the callflow.

Recurring (schakeltijden)

This option will be used for a recurring schedule.

  1. Check the Gebruik nachtstand checkbox

  2. Use the dropdown menu under Dag to select a day

  3. Type the time under Tijd to set the time to start forwarding the calls to the preferred aansluiting

  4. Use the dropdown menu under Schakel door naar to select an Aansluiting to forward the calls to
    Note: Use Dagstand to reset the previous forwarding

Exceptions (Uitzondering)

This option will be used for upcoming closures like holidays.

  1. Navigate to the Uitzondering tab

  2. Use the dropdown menu under Start tijd to select a start time of the forwarding

  3. Use the dropdown menu under Eind tijd to select the end time of the forwarding

  4. Use the dropdown menu under Schakel door naar to select an Aansluiting to forward the calls to

  5. Check the Actief checkbox to activate the rule
    Note: The exception won’t be active until the Start tijd has been reached
