Callflow (Aansluitingen) - Voicemail
There are 2 different ways voicemail messages can be delivered. The first way is via an e-mail with a media file attached and the second way is forwarding the voicemail to another phone number.
All the steps will be performed in the Voicemail tab from the callflow.
Voicemail via e-mail
Check the Email voicemail opnemen checkbox
Fill in the e-mail address you wish to receive the e-mails on next to Ontvanger adres voor voicemails
Optional: Write a small text that the e-mail should contain in the Extra voicemail text: field
Set the maximum voicemail time in seconds in the Maximale aflevertijd voicemails: field
Navigate to the Gebruikersinstellingen tab
Optional: Record / Upload a file using the (arrowup) button next to Voicemail boodschap
Note: if you don’t do this step, a pre-configured message will be played.Check the Voicemail actief checkbox
Navigate to the Algemeen tab
Select the waiting time in seconds before a voicemail is played in the Maximale wachttijd (sec) field.
Voicemail to another phone number
Check the Bel voicemail door checkbox
Optional: check the Stuur SMS bij nieuwe voicemail box
Fill in the phone number you wish to forward the voicemails to in the Voicemail aflevernummer field
Optional: Record / upload a message that will be played if the voicemail is sent to the phone
