Activation requirements
Some numbers have to be activated before the service can be enabled. Activating a number is done by providing an address that links to the number, and a proof of residency if required. The table below lists all countries and number types that need activation. If there is an ❌ in the address field we still need a valid address within the same area as the number to activate the number.
If the country is not on the list an address is not required to activate the number. If requested Customer shall send the location of the end user (place of residence/business) within 24 hours of receiving the request, otherwise the number may be disconnected.
