Co-terming
Coterminosity is designed to enable partners to align a new subscription to an existing subscription end date. New subscription purchases for customers without any existing subscriptions need to respect the term of the subscription being aquired. This article will provide more information on this and has a FAQ.
How to use co-terming
On the subscription page click Edit, choose On Renewal and click Continue.
Click the arrow next to End date alignement.
The dropdown menu will show you all the dates from all your Microsoft subscriptions.
Please note: The date shown here is always 1 day different than the date you see in the top of your screen as this is the expiry date and the one in the top of the screen the renewal date.
Here you can select to what date you wish to align the subscription to.
Click Save.
