Creating users
There are two different ways of creating a user. The first way is using the Adresboek menu and the second way is using the Gebruikers menu. Both ways will give the same result.
Create user via Adresboek
Go to Adresboek
Click Nieuw persoon in the top of your screen
Type the full name of person you wish to create an account for and select (voeg ‘xxx’ toe) in the dropdown menu.
Fill in the details in the Algemeen tab
Navigate to the Werk tab and click on Voeg werkgegevens toe (bedrijf, telnrs, etc)
Use the dropdown menu to select a Werkgever. If none has been added, type the name and select (voeg ‘xxx’ toe) in the dropdown menu and click Ok
Fill in the details and use the nummer/e-mail/web field to enter contact details
Navigate to the Gebruikersaccount tab and click Maak loginnaam aan
Fill in a username and click Ok
Fill in the Wachtwoord field
Select the outbound number from the user in the Nummerweergave field. If you leave this empty it will use the number defined in the Trunk.
Use the Telefoonnummers field to enter the numbers the user can be reached on
Create user via Gebruikers
Go to Beheer → Gebruikers
Click Nieuwe gebruiker
Type the full name of person you wish to create an account for and select (voeg ‘xxx’ toe) in the dropdown menu.
Click Maak loginnaam aan
Fill in a username and click Ok
Fill in the Wachtwoord field
Select the outbound number from the user in the Nummerweergave field. If you leave this empty it will use the number defined in the Trunk.

Navigate to the Algemeen tab and fill in the details from the user
