Dictionary Report

The Dictionary is a report to look up various internal and external IDs for data import templates.

a. Object can be filtered by the offer, organization, and vendor.

b. One or several Organizations (Customers) can be filtered, selected customer's data views will be displayed. By selecting a specific Customer you can see the Name, Internal ID, and External ID  for the selected Customer.

c. Data can be filtered by Organization internal Id.

d. Data can be filtered by Organization external Id.

e. Offer by name can be filtered. By selecting a specific offer you can see the top customers, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected offer.

f. Data can be filtered by offer internal Id.

g. Data can be filtered by Organization external Id.

h. Vendors by name can be filtered. By selecting a specific Vendor you can see the top customers, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected Vendor.

i. Data can be filtered by Vendor internal Id.

j. When selecting the info icon, the current message will display "This report shows billing data for the last 14  months. dates are grouped by billing period end date, which is different from the invoice date. Please see the knowledge base article for more information".

k. Link directs to knowledge base article link.

l. The button resets the filter reports.

m. The next page will be accessed.
