After creating a customer account it is possible to block this account. This article will describe how to block a customer.
An Administrator account on your reseller portal;
One or more customers;
Login to your reseller portal.
Navigate to your customers by clicking SELECT ORGANIZATION.
Click on Profile next to the customer you wish to block.
Please note you can see the status of a customer by checking the ‘STATUS’ column.
Click the arrows next to Block and choose one of the available options.
Confirm the pop-up message by clicking Confirm.
Please note the pop-up message may be different depending what option you choose.
Wait a couple seconds until the account has the blocked status.
