How to block a customer account

After creating a customer account it is possible to block this account. This article will describe how to block a customer.
Prerequisites
An account on your Copaco Cloud Portal.
Getting started
Navigate to your customers by clicking SELECT ORGANIZATION and click Profile next to the customer.
Click the arrow icon next to Block and click Cancel subscription.
Click Confirm.
