When the subscription is canceled you can destroy it so the subscription is completely removed. NOTE! After a subscription is destroyed you can’t restore it anymore.PrerequisitesYou must have access to our Copaco Cloud Commerce Portal, see How to Login to your 2tcloud reseller control panelStartNavigate to the Customer Control PanelClick on 'Account'Click on 'Subscriptions'Select the subscription that needs to be cancelled, for example:Click on 'Cancel Subscription'Select the reason for cancellation and supply a commentYou will see a confirmation box of the cancellationDestroy a cancelled subscriptionGo back to your reseller control panel and go to our classic panel In the top menu, click on billingGo to: Operations > CustomersChoose the desired Customer and click on tab OrdersGo to the tab Subscriptions, click on the cancelled subscriptionTo cancel the Subscription permanently, click the Destroy buttonThe subscription has been terminated/removed ×
