How to change the amount of licenses for your subscription

Sometimes it’s necessarily to make changes to your subscription. This article will describe how you can change the amount of licenses.

Prerequisites

• An active subscription

Getting started

1. Navigate to SUBSCRIPTIONS under your customer and click the subscription you wish to adjust. In this example we take Nomadesk.

   

2. Click Edit at the right bottom of your screen.

   

3. Choose when you want to apply the changes and click Continue.

   

4. Adjust the amount of licenses and click Save changes.

   

5. Confirm any warnings by clicking Confirm.

   

6. Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Nomadesk by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.

   

7. Your up- or downsize order has been placed.
