For existing InterNetX AutoDNS subscriptions, the “backup e-mail address” has been set with a Copaco e-mail address. We strongly suggest you to change this in case you need to request a password reset. This article will describe how you can do this.
An account on your Copaco Cloud Portal;
An active InterNetX AutoDNS subscription.
Login to your Copaco Cloud Portal.
Click SELECT ORGANIZATION in the top right of your screen and click the name of the customer.
Click Subscriptions and click InterNetX AutoDNS.
Scroll all the way down and click Edit.
Change the bottom 2 fields.
(Optional) Enter additional information.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions of InterNetX AutoDNS by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.
