How to change the contact information

1. Company contact information [UX1 Interface]

To change your contact information follow the following steps. (Billing, Administrative, Technical)

  1. Login to the Customer Control Panel.

  2. In the home screen click Account (suitcase) -> 'Account Profile' and click on Edit under Account Settings.

  3. Edit the information and click on OK.

 

 

 

2. Staff member contact information

 

To change the information of the staff members follow the following steps.

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel.

  2. In the home screen click on the tab Account -> 'Admins'

  3. Select the account you want to change the information of.

  4. Click on the Edit button on the bottom of the page.

  5. Change the information you want to change and click Save.
