How to change Veeam Cloud Connect Backup resources

Summary

A Veeam Cloud Connect Backup subscription contains several resources like backup storage, concurrent backup tasks and bandwidth blocks. You can change the amount of resources by placing a change order. This article describes how you can do this.

Prerequisites

  • An account on your Copaco Cloud Portal.

Getting Started

  1. Login to your Copaco Cloud Portal.

  2. Click SELECT ORGANIZATION in the top right of your screen and click the name of the customer.
    Please note the customer needs the ‘Active’ status. Otherwise you won’t be able to purchase subscriptions.

  1. Under SUBSCRIPTIONS, click the Veeam Cloud Connect Backup subscription.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Edit.

  3. Click Continue to make the changes now.
    (Optional) Click Custom date if you want to apply the changes on a specific date.

  4. Adjust the values as desired.

  5. (Optional) Enter additional details.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.

  8. Your order has been placed.
