This article describes how to configure backup quota for an Acronis Backup Account.
NOTE: All backups will not stop when they hit the Storage quota. The backup will complete but subsequent backups will fail. Keep this in mind if you have a strict limit!
NOTE: The 'Office 365 mailboxes' quota setting is only visible when the backup user has 'Administrator privileges'.
This quota cannot be configured.
You must have an active Acronis Backup subscription
Log in to the Customer Control Panel
Go to the Backup tab
Click on “actions” → change settings for the backup user for which you want to configure the quota
Within the Quotas section configure the quotas:
Storage (GB): Maximum amount of storage used Physical workstations: Maximum amount of Physical Workstations that can be added in this backup account.
Protected Servers: Maximum amount of Physical servers that can be added in this backup account.
Protected Virtual machines: Maximum amount of Virtual machines that can be added in this backup account. Mobile devices:
Protected Mobile Devices: Maximum number of mobile devices that can be added in this backup account.
Protected Websites: Maximum number of websites that can be added in this backup account.
The quota settings will be automatically changed in the Acronis backend.
