How to configure notification settings for an Acronis backup account

This article describes how you can configure notification settings for your Acronis backup account

Prerequisites

  • You must have an active Acronis Backup subscription

Start

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel

  2. Go to the Backup tab

  3. Click on “actions” → change settings for the backup for which you want to change the notification settings

  4. Under the “Backup user settings you can choose what kind of notifications you want to receive

  5. Enable also the business notifications

  6. click on “ok”to save the settings

  7. The notification settings will be automatically changed in the Acronis backend.
