How to create an additional FTP user

This article will describe how you can add an additional FTP user.

Prerequisites

• An active Web Hosting subscription.

Getting started

1. Login to the customer tenant environment via https://webhosting.cloudnet.services/portal/

2. In the top right of your screen, hover over your name and click Services.

   

3. Expand the web hosting package, domain until you see Manage.

   

4. Click FILES to expand the category and click FTP Manager.

   

5. Click Add User.

   

6. Provide a username and password and click Next.

   

7. Click Submit.
   (Optional) You can anywhere in the tree to limit access to a certain folder.

   

4. Click the cog icon and click Add Domain.

   

5. Enter your domain name and provide a password and click Add.
