How to disable or enable customer invoice notifications

Using this article you can disable or enable the notifications (invoices) send to your customers.

Note: Keep in mind that when Invoice notifications are disabled the PDF document will also not be
created. If you attempt to download customer PDF invocies you will get a PDF with this image:

  1. Log in to the 2tCloud Portal (Reseller Portal) and select CLASSIC PANEL (= CCPv1 for Resellers):

  2. Go to Billing

  3. Go to Settings within the System section

  4. Within the System section click Notifications

  5. Within the Notifications section click Common Notification Settings

  6. Click Edit on the bottom of the page

  7. To disable the notifications, clear the following lines:

    1. Invoice Notification Template

    2. CM Notification Template

    3. DM Notification Template

  8. If you need to enable the notifications fill in the following lines:

    1. Invoice Notification Template = 'Invoice mail notification'

    2. CM Notification Template = 'Invoice mail notification'

    3. DM Notification Template = ‘Invoice mail notification'

      Section 'PDF Templates’

    4. Invoice PDF Template = 'Invoice pdf notification'

    5. CM Notification Template = 'Invoice pdf notification'

    6. DM PDF Template = ‘Invoice pdf notification'

  9. Click the Save button.

    If the Save button is unavailable please create a support ticket.
