Using this article you can disable the notifications (invoices) send to your customers.

Note: Keep in mind that when Invoice notifications are disabled the PDF document will also not be
created. If you attempt to download customer PDF invocies you will get a PDF with this image:

  1. Log in to the 2tCloud Portal (Reseller Portal) and select CLASSIC PANEL (= CCPv1 for Resellers):

  2. Go to Billing

  3. Go to Settings within the System section

  4. Within the System section click Notifications

  5. Within the Notifications section click Common Notification Settings

  6. Click Edit on the bottom of the page

  7. Clear the following lines:Invoice Notification TemplateCM Notification TemplateDM Notification Template

  8. Click the Save button.
