How to downgrade Veeam Cloud Connect Backup resources


A Veeam Cloud Connect Backup subscription contains serveral resources; like backup storage, concurrent tasks and bandwith. You can decrease the amount of resources by placing a downgrade order. This article describes how you can do this.


  • Make sure you can login to our Copaco Cloud Portal.

  • Make sure you have a Veeam Cloud Connect Backup subscription.

Getting Started

  1. Login to our Copaco Cloud Portal. When logged in click on “Select Organisation” .

  2. Click on the customer for which you want to downgrade Veeam Cloud Connect Backup resources.

  3. Now click on “subscriptions” .

  4. Click on “Veeam Cloud Connect Backup” subcription.

  5. Click “Edit”.

  6. In this example we want to downgrade the subscription immediately. Select “now” and click “Continue”.

  7. In this example we are going to decrease the “backup storage” from 200GB to 100GB so we change the value from 200 GB backup storage to 100 GB. To apply the changes click on “Save changes”.

  1. Accept the terms & conditions and click on “I agree”.

  1. Your order has been placed. You can view your oder or go back to the main menu.
