How to find or change a Customer's Staff-Member e-mail address

Summary

This guide describes how to find or change the e-mail address of a Staff-Member account of the customer.

Start

  1. Login to your Reseller Control panel

  2. Click 'Classic panel'

  3. In the top right corner, click Operations (if it displays ‘Billing' then you’re already in 'Operations')

  4. Open the ‘Customers’ menu item. Find the customer account and select the customer’s account name

  5. Open the ‘General' tab , then 'Staff Members

  6. select the Staff-Member’s logon name you want to view

  7. In the ‘E-Mail’ field you will find the address. You can use the ‘Edit’ button below to change the account Contact Information
