Our Copaco Cloud Platform automatically syncs your Microsoft customer tenants to our platform. It will automatically create a customer as soon as you established the Microsoft Partner relationship with Copaco Cloud.
Please note that the sync to our platform will happen overnight.
One of the products you can sell to your customers is Microsoft 365. This article describes how you can do this for an existing Microsoft tenant.
Make sure you have established the Microsoft Partner relationship between Copaco Cloud and customers tenant (See How establish Microsoft Partner relationship between Copaco Cloud and customer )
When logged in to our Copaco Cloud Portal click on “Select Organisation” in right top corner.
Click on the Customer name for which you want to place an order.
Click on “View all” to see all your product categories of products that you can sell to your customers.
Click on “Microsoft 365”.
In this example we are going to order an Exchange Online (plan 1) subscription. Click on “view offers”.
Here we choose “Exchange Online (plan 1) click “Buy now”.
Here you can choose how many licenses you need and for which tenant you want to buy the license. In this example we are going to buy one license for an existing Microsoft tenant “copacocloudnoc01.onmicrosoft.com”.
Click “Add to cart”.
Now place your oder by clicking on the “place order” button.
Now the order has been placed. You can choose if you want to view your order or you want to continue shopping.
