One of the products you can sell to your customers is Kaspersky. This article describes how you can do this.
Make sure you can login to our Copaco Cloud Portal.
Make sure you have created a customer and activated them. (See How to create a customer)
Navigate to the customer by going to SELECT ORGANIZATION and select the customer.
Please note the customer needs the ‘Active’ status. Otherwise you won’t be able to purchase subscriptions.
Click Kaspersky and View offers on the category you wish to purchase.
Click Buy now on the offer you wish to purchase.
Fill in the required information.
- License Admin Email = An e-mail address where the subscription information will be sent to.
- Quantity = Choose the amount of licenses you wish to purchase.
- Initial SKU tier based on selected quantity = Select the correct range matching the quantity.
- Charge period = Monthly.
- Discount code = Discount code from Kaspersky.
Enter additional information (optional)
Review the information and click Add to cart.
Finalize the order by clicking Place order in the shopping cart.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Kaspersky by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.
