How to order Nerdio

Summary

One of the products you can purchase on reseller level is Nerdio. This article describes how you can order Nerdio.

This product can only be purchased on reseller level. Trying to purchase this on customer level will result in a failed order.

Prerequisites

• An account on your Copaco Cloud Portal.

• Activated Nerdio services on your own Microsoft Azure tenant. https://nmmhelp.getnerdio.com/hc/en-us/articles/26125581366285-Install-Nerdio-Manager

Getting Started

1. Login to your Copaco Cloud Portal.

2. Click SELECT ORGANIZATION in the top right of your screen and click on your reseller name.
   Note: This is the customer organization with the most contracts.

   

3. Under CATALOG, click Nerdio and click View offers under Nerdio.

   

4. Click Buy now.

   

5. Enter the Azure Subscription identifier where the Nerdio installation is configured on.

   

6. (Optional) Enter additional details.

   

7. Review the information and click Add to cart.

   

8. Finalize the order by clicking Place order in the shopping cart.

   

9. Agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.

   

10. Your order has been placed.
