How to order Perpetual Software

Summary

One of the products you can sell to your customers is Perpetual Software. This article describes how you can order Perpetual software.

Prerequisites

  • An account on your Copaco Cloud Portal.

Getting Started

  1. Login to your Copaco Cloud Portal.

  2. Click SELECT ORGANIZATION in the top right of your screen and click the name of the customer.
    Please note the customer needs the ‘Active’ status. Otherwise you won’t be able to purchase subscriptions.

  3. Under CATALOG, click Perpetual Software and click View offers under the category you wish to purchase perpetual software for.

  4. Click Buy now under the product you wish to purchase.

  5. Check the tenant domain and choose the quantity.
    (Optional) Click CREATE NEW to create a new Microsoft tenant.

  6. (Optional) Enter additional details.

  7. Review the information and click Add to cart.

  8. Finalize the order by clicking Place order in the shopping cart.

  9. Agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.

  10. Your order has been placed.

After purchasing the perpetual software, the product/activation keys can be found in the Microsoft 365 admin center of the customer.

You will only be able to see the keys when logging in as a global administrator. A delegated admin account does not work.

  1. Login to portal.office.com with a global administrator account.

  2. Navigate to Billing → Your products and click the name of the product you wish to receive a key for.

  3. Click Show activation keys.
