How to order Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for a customer

We offer serveral products. One of the products you can sell to your customers is Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. This article describes how you can order Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.

Prerequisites

• Make sure you can login to our Copaco Cloud Portal

• Make sure you have created a customer (See How to create a customer)

Getting Started

1. Login to our Copaco Cloud Portal. When logged in click on “Select Organisation” .
   

   

2. Click on the customer for which you want to order Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
   

   

3. Now click on “view all” to view all product categories of products that you can sell to your customer.
   

   

4. Click on “Veeam”.
   

   

5. Now click on “view offers” under Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
   

   

6. Click on “Buy now” under Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
   

   

7. Now specify the cutomer Tenant admin email that you want to use to login to our Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 platform.Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 portal (this is not the address of the Microsoft Tenant admin) Click “Add to Cart”.

   

8. click on “Confirm”.
   

   

9. click on “Place order”.
   

   

10. Accept the Terms & Conditions. Click “I Agree”.
    

    

11. Your order has been placed. You can now view your order or continue shopping
    

    

12. The customer credentials to login to our Veeam for Microsoft 365 Backup portal will be send to the email address that you have provided during purchase wizard.
    
    

If you are purchasing Veeam for Microsoft 365 for your first customer your reseller credentials will be send to the Primary contact email address.
