We offer serveral products. One of the products you can sell to your customers is Veeam Cloud Connect Backup. This article describes how you can order Veeam Cloud Connect Backup.
Make sure you can login to our Copaco Cloud Portal
Make sure you have created a customer (See How to create a customer)
Login to our Copaco Cloud Portal. When logged in click on “Select Organisation”.
Click on the customer for which you want to order Veeam Cloud Connect Backup.
Now click on “view all” to view all product categories of products that you can sell to your customer.
Click on “Veeam”.
Now click on “view offers” under Veeam Cloud Connect Backup & Replication.
Click on “Buy now” under Veeam Cloud Connect Backup.
In this example we are going to buy 100GB Backup storage, 1 Concurrent Backup Task, 100Mbps Bandwith on the Amsterdam (AMS4) Datacenter. By default “Immutability for Backups Files” is enabled. If you want mutable backup files you can uncheck this checkbox.
Click “Add to cart”.
Click “Place order”.
Accept the “Therms & Conditions” Click “I Agree”.
Your order has been placed. You can now view your order or continue shopping.
The customer primairy contact will receive an email with the credentials for your Veeam Cloud Connect Backup subscription.
