How to order Workspace 365

Summary

One of the products you can sell to your customers is Acronis. This article describes how you can order Workspace 365.

Prerequisites

• An account on your Copaco Cloud Portal.

Getting Started

1. Login to your Copaco Cloud Portal.

2. Click SELECT ORGANIZATION in the top right of your screen and click the name of the customer.
   Please note the customer needs the ‘Active’ status. Otherwise you won’t be able to purchase subscriptions.

   

3. Under CATALOG, click Workspace 365 and click View offers under Workspace 365.

   

4. Click Buy now.

   

5. Fill in the fields.
   (Optional) Check the Migrate Environment checkbox if you want to migrate an existing environment to us.

   

6. (Optional) Enter additional details.

   

7. Review the information and click Add to cart.

   

8. Click Confirm to confirm to the commitment period.

   

9. Finalize the order by clicking Place order in the shopping cart.

   

10. Agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the checkbox and clicking I Agree.

    

11. Your order has been placed.
