How to place a scheduled order


It is possible to schedule a change order for your customer. This allows you to plan orders beforehand so you don’t have to pay attention to the expiration date.

Please note that this option is currently only available on reseller level.

Also note that you can only schedule the order before the ‘Renewal date' or after the 'Expiration date’.


  1. Login as Reseller (UX1) and click Customers.

  2. Click Subscriptions.

  3. Click Change next to the subscription you wish to place a scheduled order for.
    Please note you can use the search field to search for the customer name or subscription number.

  4. Click the immediately after confirmation text.

  5. Select On subscription auto-renewal day and click Apply.

  6. Complete the order as you normally would.
