How to place a scheduled order NEW

Summary

In our Copaco Cloud portal you can schedule an order so the order will be placed on renewal date. This acticle describes how you can do this for a Microsoft 365 subsciption.

Prerequisites

• Make sure you can login to our Copaco Cloud Portal

• Make sure the customer has a Microsoft 365 subscription

Getting Started

1. When logged in to our Copaco Cloud Portal click on “Select Organisation” in right top corner.
   

   

2. Click on the customer name for which you want to place the downsize order.
   

   

3. In the top menu select “subscriptions”.
   

   

4. Click on the subscription for which you want to place a scheduled order. In this example we are going to downsize the “Exchange Online (Plan 1)” licenses with “1” license. Click on the subscription name.
   

   

5. Click on “Edit”
   

   

6. Here we need to select “On Renewal” Since “Now” and “Custom date” Is not allowed by Microsoft for a downsize order.
   

   

7. Click “Continue”
   

   

8. Now we are going to change to change the “Quantity” from “2” to “1”
   

   

9. Click “Save changes”
   

   

10. Your order has now been scheduled
    

    

11. When you go back to “subscriptions” you can see that the has now “Scheduled change”
    

    

12. When you click on “Scheduled” you will see your scheduled order and the “quantity” after the order is complete
    

    

13. If you like you can also make changes to the “scheduled order” by clicking on “Overwrite scheduled changes”
