How to put a customer account on Hold

NOTE: Putting a customer on hold will mean all the services in his account will be stopped, this includes online services as Office 365. This option can severely hinder a customer!

Do not use this option without thorough thought!

This guide will help you put a customer on hold

Start

  1. Go to classic panel

  2. Go to Billing

  3. Go to the Customer overview

  4. Open the customer you want to put on hold

  5. On the bottom of the page click the ‘Put On Hold’ button

  6. Your customer is now put on hold and the services will be stopped

  • To resume the services of a customer that was put on hold follow step 1 to 4 again and on step 5 now click the ‘Release From Hold’ button
