How to remove a customer account


After creating a customer account it is possible to remove this account. This article will describe how to remove a customer account.


  • An Administrator account on your reseller portal;

  • One or more customers;

Getting started

  1. Login to your reseller portal.

  2. Navigate to your customers by clicking SELECT ORGANIZATION.

  3. Click on Profile next to the customer you wish to block.
    Please note you can see the status of a customer by checking the ‘STATUS’ column.

  4. Click the arrows next to Block and choose Remove.

  5. Confirm the pop-up message by clicking Confirm.

  6. Wait a couple seconds until the account is removed.
