How to remove an offer from a product within a category

Summary

Customer segments can be used to categorize your customers. Each customer segment can have a different catalog. This article will describe how you can remove an offer from a product.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Copaco Cloud Platform

Getting started

  1. Navigate to CATALOG → CUSTOMER SEGMENTS.

  2. Open the Customer Segment you wish to edit by clicking on the name in the list.

  3. Click Edit catalog.

  4. Select the category and click Select offers 4 of 4.

  5. Use the check boxes to add or remove offers within the product and click Save to save your changes.

  6. The offers have now been removed from the product.
