How to request a transfer/auth code

Summary

If you want to transfer a domain to another provider, you need a transfer/auth code. This article describes how you can retrieve the code.

For .be TLD’s you need to request an auth code via: https://www.dnsbelgium.be/

Prerequisites

• An active InterNetX AutoDNS subscription.

 Getting Started

1. Login to https://webservices.copaco.cloud.

2. Click Domains.

   

3. Use the filter to search for the domain name and click the domain name.

   

4. Use the Copy to clipboard button to copy the transfer code.
   Please note if the Registry Status is Lock, the domain cannot be moved until changed.
