How to transfer a subscription between customer accounts


Sometimes you need to transfer subscriptions from one of your customers to another. This can be the case when you have multiple account which have to be merged. This article describes the steps to perform the action.

Not all subscriptions can be transferred between accounts, this will be mentioned on the last step when trying to transfer the subscription


  1. Go to 'Classic Panel'

  2. Go to 'Billing'

  3. Open the customer account from where you wish to move the current active subscription

  4. Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab

  5. Open the subscription you wish to transfer and click on the button 'Transfer to Another Account' at the bottom of the page

  6. Find the customer account you wish to transfer the subscription to

  7. Select the account by ticking the radio button in front of the name

  8. Click on 'Transfer'

  9. Complete the order by clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button
