How to transfer NCE subscriptions from one transacting CSP partner to another

Summary

Since the 2nd of July 2024, Microsoft allows the transfer of NCE subscriptions between partners. This article will describe how you can move NCE subscriptions you have with another provider to Copaco.

The current provider should approve the transfer requests.

Prerequisites

• A reseller relationship between Copaco, the reseller and the customer.

Getting Started

Transfers have to be done via Copaco. In order for Copaco to create the transfer request, please send an e-mail to support@copaco.cloud with the following information:

• Name of the customer (as displayed within the Microsoft platform).

• Email address where status updates should be send to.

• Name of the current partner.

• Microsoft ID from the current partner.

• MPN ID from the reseller

Once this information is sent, the support department will create a transfer request with Microsoft and keeps you updated.
