The Marketplace API is an additional Commerce Platform component that is intended for resellers to get customer and product information from the Cloud Platform and to place orders without the need to have in-depth knowledge about the data structure of the Commerce system.

The Marketplace API service is built on top of the CloudStore API (APS Bus), which is the native API of the Cloud Commerce Platform and is not intended as a full replacement for this native API.
