NCE Subscription has the status "ordered" for a long time
Issue:
You may encounter that a NCE subscription has the status “ordered”for a long time

Solution:
Sometimes you need to submit some additional information before the order will proceed. You can check this by going to the “Dashboard” in the menu on the left and select the NCE Subscription.

Click on “here” and submit the required information. In this case you need to submit the onmicrosoft.com domain for which you want to buy the subscription.

If you already submitted the additional information and the order is still showing “ordered”, we suggest you to create a support case.
