Preparing for a secondary admin account


Prerequisites:

  • Required

    • Configured Workspace365 (How to configure Workspace 365)

  • Recommended

    • Configured Sharepoint access within Workspace365

  1. Log in to the admin portal of your Office365 enviroment

  2. Go to Users --> Active Users

  3. Select the primary administrator account and click on Edit

  4. Go to Licenses and unselect the Office 365 License, then click Save

You have freed up one Office365 license which can now be used for a secondary admin account with an Office365 license without having to buy an additional license.
