Products & Services - End-of-Life Policy (EOL / EOS)

"End-of-life | End-of-support" are terms used with respect to a Cloud Service supplied to Customers, indicating that the Cloud Service is in the end of its useful life and the Distributor then stops marketing, selling, supporting it. Prior to the "End-of-life | End-of-support” announcement, the Distributor stops accepting new orders employed by the more specific term "end-of-sale".

EXPLANATION

2tCloud is following these End-of-life cycles for Cloud Services. You should plan migrations accordingly. Please contact support for additional information regarding End-of-life or to learn about migration options.

End of Sale = Date on which we no longer accept new orders for subscriptions on the service.

End of support = Date on which our standard support will end. We will provide extended support on a "Best Effort" basis at Additional Support cost but without any SLA uptime warranty. Bugs/Feature requests will not be processed anymore, but when possible we will apply workarounds. We recommend migrating customers to new services before this date.

End of life = Date on which the service life will officially end. We will stop making backups, remove services when time is available and take the service offline. Make sure you have migrated or copied your data before this date to prevent data loss.
