This article describes how you can reset a user password for an Office 365 account using the 2tcloud control panel.

  1. Log on to the end customer control panel

  2. Click on the 'Microsoft 365' menu item

  3. Locate the user by clicking the user in the list or click 'Show search' to display the search option for finding the user based on different filter options:

  4. Click on the 'Actions' menu at the end of the user row and click 'Reset Password'

  5. Specify the new password
