Service Health of Office 365 Admin Center


This article explains how to check the status of Office 365 services

Should you run into any issues or errors while performing actions regarding services of Office 365 functions please make sure you have checked the status of the Office 365 services first.


  1. Go to your customer tenant by either using delegation via your Microsoft Partner Portal or directly log into your customer tenant using Global Admin credentials via the Microsoft Customer Portal

  2. Go to 'Health ' > 'Service Health'

Here you will find in detail the status of all the Office 365 Services as provided by Microsoft. In case any of the desired actions you wish to take in the Office 365 Admin Center are being obstructed or your customer experiences service degradation because of this, feel free to contact 2tCloud via our support form, so we can escalate towards Microsoft.
