Problem description
Outlook slow start: 'Profile loading' for long time (many minutes) (with Hosted Exchange Enterprise 2013)

There is a most likely a problem with Outlook 2016 version 16.0.9126.2152

Workaround
Temporary disable internet connection (Airplane mode) en start Outlook again, then enable internet again
Solution
Go temporary back to Outlook 2016 version 16.0.8625.2127 until the problem is solved.
