Support Center Portal

2tCloud has developed a portal for our partners to interact with our support department. You can now visit the public beta.

The current partner portal will soon be replaced with a new Support Center Portal. We have just released the portal. You can preview it on

Please note:
The portal is not feature complete and as a result, you will need to use both the partner site and support portal next to each other.

Available features;

  • Login with your Service Automation Partner credentials. (Staff member)

  • Create Support incidents and Service Requests.

  • View and update your open support cases and status.

  • View service status and health checks.

  • Knowledge base with Guides, Standard Solutions and Known Problems (and workarounds) (Still being filled)

We are deploying new features every month so please recheck later to find updates!
