Synchronizing with Office 365 admin center

If you are using the MS Office 365 admin center for managing Office 365 and you want to switch to the 2tCloud control panel for managing Office 365, you will have to syncronize with the Office 365 admin center.

This syncronization will syncronize the changes you made for the users, domains and the licenses.

To start the syncronization, please follow the following steps:


  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel

  2. Click on menu item button 'Office 365

  3. Click on pulldown buttin 'Sync Users'  and select one of the options.

  4. Next you see a small popup window like this:

  5. Afer a couple of minutes you will see this small popup window:Important: In there are 100+ users, it could take up to 10 minutes before the first synchronisation has completed.
