Upgrade/Downgrade Microsoft legacy subscriptions in Classic panel (Workaround)

In this article we wil describe the proces of Upgrading/Downgrading a Microsoft legacy subscription in the classic panel.

There is a chance this proces might not work in Google Chrome. We advise to download Firefox to ensure the proces is being executed correctly. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

  1. Login as a reseller to the portal.cloudnet.services

  2. Click on β€œClassic Panelβ€œ

  3. Click on β€œBillingβ€œ

  4. Click on β€œCustomersβ€œ

  5. Search for the correct customer using β€œDirect customerβ€œ or β€œAll customersβ€œ

  6. Typ in the Account name or ID and then Click on ”Search”

  7. Click on the customer

  8. Click on β€œSubscriptionsβ€œ

  9. Search for the desired subscription

  10. Click on the subscription

  11. Once in the subscription click on β€œResourcesβ€œ

  12. In the β€œResourcesβ€œ tab search for the correct resources name

  13. Checkmark the Resource name and click on β€œUpgrade Resource Limitsβ€œ

  14. Once in the page of changing the resource limits checkmark the subscription

  15. Type the amount of licenses you want to upgrade in β€œPlace for orderβ€œ (Example 1)

  16. Type the amount of licenses you want to Downgrade in β€œPlace for orderβ€œ (Example -1)

  17. Click on β€œNextβ€œ

  18. For a upgrade Click on β€œPlace orderβ€œ

  19. For a downgrade select β€œCredit memo” and then click on β€œPlace orderβ€œ
