Problem description

When order Microsoft Cloud Azure you get a blank white screen, there is no error message.


Validation of the ZIP / postal Code is not passed at Microsoft.


The 'Zip / Postal Code' of the customer and/or the reseller does NOT have the correct format. There is a space missing between the numbers and the characters. Example:

Wrong format: 1234AB

Correct format: 1234 AB 

After you correct the ZIP then it's possible again to order Microsoft Cloud Azure again.
