How to cancel your subscription

Prerequisites

• An active subscription.

Getting started

1. Navigate to ORDERS under your customer and expand the purchase order by clicking the > symbol.

   

2. Click the x button at the right side of the screen.
   Please note the X button will only appear on purchase orders and not on update orders.

   

3. Confirm your cancellation by clicking Confirm.

   

4. Your subscription is now cancelled.
